These terms are a good-faith statement of how ToolingTools may be used. They are subject to legal review that has not yet been completed.
Using the tools
No account is required, and none is offered. You may use the tools for lawful purposes, at your own risk. The tools process files you choose; you are responsible for having the right to process them.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use page is part of these terms. It lists what you may not do and what the service can and cannot do about it.
The service as it is
The service is provided as it is. Results may contain errors, so check them before relying on them. We do not promise that a file is free of malware, and we do not promise the service will always be available. Server processing is limited and may be refused when the server is busy.
Licence
The privacy-critical processing core is free software under the AGPL-3.0-or-later licence. The licence and notices page gives the details and links to the licence text. The project does not offer a separate commercial licence for the core.
Who runs the service
The service is operated by the owner of bigbossbuilds.com. No registered company is claimed.

No account is needed to use any of these addresses.
These terms claim no certification, audit or regulatory approval, and give no guarantee beyond what the service receives and keeps, as described on the trust and privacy pages.
